TERMS OF SERVICE

★ General・ By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms outlined on this page.

★ Inquiry・ By the nature of the work, I may modify the .psd file.
(filling a hole, erasing garbage pixels, rearranging layers, etc.)
The client must have all rights of the .psd file or get a permission about it from the artist.・ The prices on homepage are only base price. Total price depends on
number of parts, complexity of model and difficulty of rigging and animations.・ Editable Live2D data file (.cmo3) will not be provided.・ I do not accept revisions of Live2D models that already rigged by other rigger・ I do not accept male, old, muscle, 4-legs characters.・ I do not accept R-18, hardcore contents such as gore, and offensive themes.

★ Commission Process1. The client need to submit application through google form.
Or email that contains answers of google form.2. If I decide to do it, I will contact the client with the slot, list of contents, and quotation.3. If the client agree to them through discussion, will be expected to pay waitlist fee.4. When I'm ready to start working on your model, I'll contact you again.5. I'll start working when the payment of remaining is made.
If the payment is not made without reply, the commission will be hold6. Screenshots or videos of progress will be sent 2 times and
test model for final check will be sent to client during the schedule.
The client can give feedbacks and revisions everytime they are delivered.
I will share videos or test model again for confirm.7. If the client is satisfied with it, final data will be delivered through google link.
※ It will not last for long time. The client need to backup the data.

★ Revisions・ General revisions will be accepted when sharing progress.・ By the difficulty of revision, deadline may be extended.・ Too many revisions, and undos can be denied or charged additional fees.・ Revisions of mistakes such as displacement of parts, are free.
・ Additional fees can be charged for following situations.- Revisions that is not a mistake or error after the final data is delivered
- If the client ask for contents that is not discussed at the first time
- If there is a change of art file (just changing color is ok)
- If the client wants additional parts such as hair or costume※ Schedule and additional fee will be discussed

★ Payments(following % is for total price)・ All the payments will be done through Paypal.・ There will be 5% of total price added as transaction fee.・ When a slot is given, the client is expected to pay 10% first as a waitlist fee. The client will be paying other 90% when I start the commission.
Waitlist fee is non-refundable.・ The remaining 90% must be paid by one day before the slot date.
If it is not paid without any reply, I will freeze the commission and move on to another client.・ If the client wants, the client can ask for installments.
The client can pay 50% first by one day before the slot date, and pay 40% before the final data is delivered.
Reducing the percentage of first payment and/or more than 2 installments is unavailable.

★ Deadline Extention・ If I need more time to finish commission, I will be contacting the client and ask for the extention of deadline.・ If the client refuses it, I will be issuing a refund.・ Deadline extention is allowed for 3 times, and 30 days maximum.
If I fail to make it, I will be issuing a refund.・ If the client agrees, I can keep working on the commission, and finish it.
In this case there will be a partial refund.・ Duration for feedback after the test model is delivered is not included.

★ Refund and Cancellation・ Agree to contacting me first for refunds and not to file for Paypal disputes and chargebacks.・ All of the commission data will be terminated after the refund,
and the client loses all the rights for the data I've provided.・ If the client wants to commission me again, the client will have to pay full price.・ Transaction fee will be deducted.
・ A refund can be issued when- The client ask for cancellation.
※ Partial refund will be considered※ Amount of Partial Refunds
(Percentage of remaining 90%)

- If I cannot continue due to illness, hospitalization, or natural disaster.
※ The client can choose to wait for resume, or cancel and get a full refund.- If I fail to finish the commission after 30 days have passed from the deadline.
※ The client will get a full refund.

★ Credits and Rights・ The client must credit me when using the provided Live2D models. (SNS, streaming description, etc.)・ I may use Live2D model as portfolios and post on social media.・ If there is no specific request, I will keep it secret until the client goes public.・ But if the client doesn't go public over 3 months, I can upload portfolios whenever I want.
(If there's specific reason, please ask me)・ If the client want the commission to be private, additional fees will be charged.・ Live2D models are applicable for commercial use like streaming and content creation.
※ Discount for non-commercial use is unavailable.・ Modification, resale, redistribution of Live2D is prohibited.・ I have the right to refuse any applications.・ I have no legal, or non-legal responsibility for the troubles occurred while using Live2D model.

★ Privacy・ I and the client agree to not share any personal information about me and the client.
